Inventory Hub · last updated October 17, 2026
Inventory Hub is a private tool that its owner uses to manage their own eBay seller accounts. It is not offered to the public, and only the owner can sign in (through Cloudflare Access).
What data it uses
When the owner connects an eBay seller account, the hub reads that account's orders, listings, messages, best offers, returns, cases and payment disputes through eBay's official APIs. These can include buyer usernames, names, shipping cities and message contents that are needed to fulfil orders and answer buyers.
How it is stored
Data is stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database that only the owner can reach. eBay sign-in tokens are encrypted (AES-GCM). Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Disconnecting an account in the hub deletes all of that account's cached data. The hub subscribes to eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notifications and deletes cached data about any eBay user who closes their account. Access can also be revoked at any time in eBay's account settings under third-party app access.
Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to the hub's owner through eBay messages.
